課程沿用美國Berklee、MI等大量外國音樂學院系統教材書籍授教。學生可學習音樂歌曲結構學習與分析、爵士和聲樂、所有不同音樂類型、爵士拍子及視譜訓練、即興演奏和世界不同爵士樂家的名曲作品。
